periodically about new apron designs, products, sales, company news, website
updates, and exclusive offers. If you wish to remove your e-mail address,
please click the unsubscribe link at the end of our e-mail to you, or send us
an e-mail to guestlist@kitschnglam.com,
with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.
Using our E-mail-to-a-friend feature does not automatically sign up you or your
friend for our guest list.

If you use pop-up blockers, please select "allow pop-ups for this site" to use
our Add to Basket and E-mail-to-a-friend features as well as to view FAQs, care and sizing or
shipping and handling information. If you use multiple tool bars on your
browser like Google, Yahoo or MSN, please be sure to enable pop-ups on all of
them.

Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. Your apron(s) will
ship just as soon as we've lovingly folded and packaged everything, giving
extra care to send it out just the way you ordered it.
Arrival of your merchandise is subject to item availability and credit
approval. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order or
transaction, you will be notified immediately.
We offer four ways to ship your order in the U.S.:
FedEx Standard Overnight: Next Business Day–delivery by 3pm.
3-Day FedEx Express Saver: Delivery the third business day by 4:30pm.
FedEx Ground: 1–5 Business Days, based on distance to destination.
If you have a P.O. box or reside in Alaska or Hawaii, we recommend:
Priority Mail: Delivery approximately 1–3 business days Monday through
Saturday to all U.S. addresses including P.O. boxes.
Shipping price options will be calculated for you based on your order weight,
provided you include a valid zip code when you fill out your shipping address
at checkout.
A tracking number will be automatically generated for your order. If you
selected FedEx, it will be included in your shipping confirmation. If you
selected Priority Mail, please contact us at
orders@kitschnglam.com if you need to obtain delivery confirmation.
For other options, rush orders, or to request a shipment overseas, please
e-mail us at orders@kitschnglam.com
and include the best way for us to contact you.

Kitsch'n Glam wants you to be 100% satisfied with your apron. If for any reason
you are not pleased with your purchase, please send the apron, receipt and
reason for return within 21 days of the ship date. After 21 days from the ship
date, please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee on the price of the
item and your card will be credited the remaining balance.
Your apron must be returned unworn, with tags in place, and in the same
condition you received it. (No food spills, sploshes or stains, ok?)
Please be sure to include your e-mail address on the receipt, so we can notify
you when your purchase amount has been refunded.
If you are requesting an exchange, please e-mail us your request to
customerservice@kitschnglam.com. At this time, we require that you pay
for all postage costs for any return or exchange.
