We have programmed our transactions with Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology to protect sensitive financial data and credit card information.

We do utilize cookies, which is basically a way for our website to communicate directly with your browser, to help facilitate a smooth transaction, easy navigation of our website, and personalize your experience. If you do not wish to accept cookies, you can disable them via your web browser.

Should there be any updates to our privacy policy, you can be notified automatically by subscribing to our guest list.
Guest List Subscriptions
Signing up for the Kitsch'n Glam guest list allows us to notify you periodically about new apron designs, products, sales, company news, website updates, and exclusive offers. If you wish to remove your e-mail address, please click the unsubscribe link at the end of our e-mail to you, or send us an e-mail to guestlist@ kitschnglam.com, with "UNSUBSCRIBE" in the subject line.

Using our E-mail-to-a-friend feature does not automatically sign up you or your friend for our guest list.
Shipping & Handling
Please allow 1–3 business days for us to process your order. Your apron(s) will ship just as soon as we've lovingly folded and packaged everything, giving extra care to send it out just the way you ordered it.

Arrival of your merchandise is subject to item availability and credit approval. If there is an unexpected delay in processing your order or transaction, you will be notified immediately.

We offer four ways to ship your order in the U.S.:

UPS Next Day Air: Next Business Day–delivery by 3pm.

UPS 3 Day Select: Delivery the third business day by 4:30pm.

UPS Ground: 1–5 Business Days, based on distance to destination.

If you have a P.O. box or reside in Alaska or Hawaii, we recommend:

Priority Mail: Delivery approximately 1–3 business days Monday through Saturday to all U.S. addresses including P.O. boxes.

Shipping price options will be calculated for you based on your order weight, provided you include a valid zip code when you fill out your shipping address at checkout.

For other options or rush orders, please e-mail us at orders@ kitschnglam.com and include the best way for us to contact you.
International Orders
International orders may indeed incur a customs fee and import duties. These must be paid by YOU, and unfortunately – we can't predict the cost in advance. To determine these fees before purchasing you'll need to contact your local Customs Office. Word to the wise: if for any reason you refuse to pay the fees upon shipment – you are responsible for the original shipping, plus all duties, taxes and/or customs charges, plus the cost of returning the package – all of which will be deducted from your merchandise refund and charged to your credit card. Bummer. For our Canadian friends, anything over $20.00 CAD will be subject to customs fees. Taxes, PST & GST, will vary based on the province to which the items are shipped. The duty is determined by Customs, based on the value of the merchandise.
Returns & Exchanges
Kitsch'n Glam wants you to be 100% satisfied with your apron. If for any reason you are not pleased with your purchase, please contact us for a return authorization number (RA#) and the shipping address for returns; our office number is 818-240-9793 or e-mail us at info@ kitschnglam.com. Please include the RA# with your product, receipt and reason for return within 21 days of the ship date. After 21 days from the ship date, please be aware that there is a 20% restocking fee on the price of the item and your card will be credited the remaining balance.

Your apron must be returned unworn, with tags in place, and in the same condition you received it. (No food spills, sploshes or stains, ok?)

Please be sure to include your e-mail address on the receipt, so we can notify you when your purchase amount has been refunded.

If you are requesting an exchange, please e-mail your request to customerservice@ kitschnglam.com. At this time, we require that you pay for all postage costs for any return or exchange. If you are an international customer, our policy is to only refund the merchandise costs, and none of the shipping, duties, taxes or customs fees subject to your order.
